Shipping & Returns

Expected delivery time is 4-5 business days. The shipping time includes manufacturing process, shipping and handling. Our shop has two shipping options:

One is free and the other one is calculated by buyer location. The shipping cost depends on the total weight of the package, the country of shipment and fuel fee. In order to check precise shipping cost, the chosen product must be added to the cart.

All parcels are securely packed and sent by DHL or USPS courier. Every parcel has its individual tracking number. 

You may return an order within 30 calendar days of delivery and you will receive 100% refund. The product is eligible for return if it is in the original state and  has not been used. 

Return order needs to be sent at the customer’s cost. In case of a partial return the original shipping cost is not refunded. 

Please write down your full shipping details on the package and put a note with your order number inside it.

After we receive the package, we will contact you to confirm that your order has been cancelled. Your refund should be finalized within 14 days of receiving the package but we will do our best to do it asap.
