T-Shirt, Sweatshirt & Hoodie Size Guide
All measurements are in inches and are taken from the garment laid flat, not from the body. If you are between sizes, or you like a roomier fit, size up.
How to measure
- Width — across the chest, one inch below the armhole, from edge to edge.
- Length — from the highest point of the shoulder straight down to the hem.
- Sleeve length — on tees, from the shoulder seam to the sleeve hem. On hoodies, from the centre of the back of the neck to the cuff.
The easiest check: lay a shirt you already like flat and measure it, then match those numbers to the table.

Unisex Hoodie
Gildan 18500 heavy blend. Sleeve is measured from the centre back of the neck to the cuff, so the numbers look longer than a t-shirt sleeve — that is normal.
