  • Color Variance: You acknowledge that actual colors may vary slightly from what appears on your digital screen due to monitor calibrations and the printing process.

  • Availability: All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue any product at any time without notice.

3. Orders, Payments & Pricing

All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise specified.

  • Payment: Orders are only confirmed and processed once payment is successfully cleared through our secure gateways.

  • Pricing Errors: In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel any orders placed at the incorrect price, even if the order has been confirmed and your payment method charged. If charged, we will issue a full refund.

4. Shipping & Risk of Loss

While we aim to process orders within 2 business days, all shipping dates are estimates and not guarantees.

  • Transfer of Risk: All items are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. * International Orders: Customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, or import fees. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or carrier issues.

5. Returns, Refunds & Final Sale

Because our apparel and posters are often produced on a made-to-order basis:

  • Damaged Goods: Issues must be reported with photographic evidence within 7 days of delivery.

  • Final Sale: Unless a product is defective or damaged upon arrival, all sales are considered final. Please refer to our Refund Policy for specific instructions on filing a claim.

All content on this site—including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, and product designs—is the exclusive property of Pira Boxes LLC and protected by international copyright and trademark laws.
